Role Overview

Saudi Arabia is building sovereign-grade infrastructure for blockchain-enabled liquidity and treasury management. As the Global Director – Blockchain Treasury, Liquidity, & Digital Asset Settlement, you will lead the transformation of treasury operations, trade finance flows, and institutional settlements through distributed ledger technology, programmable assets, and AI-enabled risk controls.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop institutional-grade blockchain treasury platforms for liquidity pooling, FX hedging, and intraday settlement.

• Drive cross-border payment corridors integrating tokenized currencies, CBDCs, and smart contract-based settlements.

• Design digital collateral ecosystems enabling tokenized assets for lending, repo markets, and structured financing.

• Oversee AI-powered liquidity forecasting models and predictive risk mitigation engines.

• Align infrastructure with global settlement regulations (FATF, BIS, IMF standards) while shaping regional best practices.

Ideal Profile

• 18+ years in global treasury, digital settlement, or blockchain-enabled financial systems.

• Expertise in CBDC pilots, tokenized liquidity instruments, and distributed treasury ecosystems.

• Global experience in FX, risk, and cross-border treasury operations at scale.

• Strong background in regulatory harmonization and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
