The Global Director – Blockchain Finance & Digital Asset Infrastructure will lead the strategic development of next-generation fintech platforms that support blockchain-enabled financial services.

Operating remotely while aligned with financial innovation initiatives in Bahrain, this executive role focuses on building enterprise-grade blockchain platforms capable of supporting secure digital asset ecosystems.

Strategic Objectives

The role will oversee the development of systems supporting:

• Digital asset trading platforms

• Blockchain-based financial settlement networks

• Tokenized financial instruments

• Smart contract-enabled financial services

• Digital asset custody and management systems

These platforms will provide the foundation for next-generation digital finance ecosystems operating at global scale.

Core Responsibilities

Blockchain Financial Infrastructure

• Design distributed ledger systems capable of supporting secure financial transactions.

• Implement blockchain networks integrated with traditional financial systems.

Tokenized Financial Platforms

• Develop frameworks enabling tokenization of financial assets such as securities and investment instruments.

• Implement smart contract systems automating financial transactions.

Digital Asset Security Architecture

• Deploy cryptographic security frameworks protecting digital asset transactions.

• Implement advanced monitoring tools to detect blockchain network anomalies.

Governance and Protocol Oversight

• Establish governance mechanisms managing blockchain network operations.

• Coordinate protocol updates ensuring stability and security.

Technology Environment

The role typically involves technologies such as:

• Distributed ledger platforms

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience within fintech, blockchain engineering, or digital asset infrastructure development.

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and decentralized systems.

• Experience developing enterprise-scale digital asset platforms.

Leadership Skills

• Ability to guide large fintech engineering teams and complex innovation initiatives.
