Operational Playbook Objective

To design and manage dynamic treasury and liquidity frameworks that ensure optimal allocation, availability, and utilization of financial resources across digital financial platforms.

Strategic Focus Areas

1. Liquidity Management

• Monitor and manage liquidity across multiple accounts and currencies
• Ensure availability of funds for real-time transactions

2. Cash Flow Optimization

• Analyze inflows and outflows to improve financial efficiency
• Implement forecasting models for cash management

3. Treasury Operations

• Oversee settlement processes and fund transfers
• Optimize working capital across financial systems

4. Risk Mitigation

• Identify liquidity risks and develop contingency strategies
• Ensure stability during high transaction volumes or market fluctuations

Execution Responsibilities
