This role operates as a centralized control tower, overseeing financial transactions to ensure compliance, detect anomalies, and maintain system integrity across digital financial operations.

Control Functions

 Real-Time Transaction Monitoring

• Continuously monitor financial transactions across platforms.
• Identify irregular or suspicious activities in real time.

 Compliance Enforcement

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Maintain compliance frameworks within financial systems.

Alert Management & Investigation

• Manage alerts triggered by monitoring systems.
• Conduct investigations into flagged transactions.

 Reporting & Audit Readiness

• Prepare compliance reports and documentation.
• Ensure readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee transaction monitoring systems.
• Lead compliance operations and enforcement.
• Collaborate with risk and audit teams.
• Maintain financial system integrity.

Required Competencies

• Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, AML frameworks,                                         and fintech compliance systems.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume transaction environments.

Experience Profile

• 5–10 years in compliance, financial crime, or fintech operations roles.

Performance Metrics

• Accuracy of anomaly detection
