Role Overview
We are seeking a Fintech Strategy & Innovation Lead to drive product strategy, market development, and digital innovation within Kuwait’s evolving financial services sector. The ideal candidate will combine deep fintech expertise with strategic foresight to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead market research and identify fintech opportunities across retail banking, SME financing, and digital payments.

Define long-term product strategies aligned with Kuwait’s financial regulations and digital economy agenda.

Oversee innovation pipelines, from concept development through market launch.

Partner with technology and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant digital solutions.

Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends to sustain a market-leading position.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.

8+ years of fintech, banking, or product management experience.

Strong knowledge of digital banking, open APIs, and payments infrastructure.

Familiarity with Kuwait Central Bank policies and GCC fintech trends.

Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
