Purpose of Appointment
The Fintech Risk, Controls & Transaction Integrity Specialist is appointed to design, evaluate, and enhance control mechanisms embedded within fintech platforms. The role treats risk management as a technology-enabled discipline, ensuring that financial platforms remain stable, auditable, and trustworthy as they scale.
Scope of Responsibility
1. Risk Architecture & Control Design

Identify transaction, operational, and platform-level risk exposure points.

Design automated controls integrated directly into fintech system workflows.
2. Monitoring & Integrity Assurance

Define monitoring frameworks for transaction integrity, system anomalies, and operational thresholds.

Establish escalation and remediation logic for control breaches.
3. Governance & Documentation

Produce structured documentation supporting auditability, traceability, and oversight.

Translate technical risk data into executive-level reports and summaries.
4. Continuous Control Enhancement

Review control effectiveness as platforms evolve in scale and complexity.

Recommend enhancements to improve resilience and transparency.
Required Professional Background

10–15 years in fintech risk management, digital platform controls, or financial operations oversight.

Strong understanding of transaction-based financial systems and automated control environments.

Ability to operate independently in a remote, expert-level role.
