Position Description

A fintech research unit dedicated to monitoring global financial technology developments is seeking a Fintech Research & Innovation Analyst to support strategic analysis and industry intelligence activities.

This role involves conducting research on emerging fintech technologies, digital banking innovation, payment infrastructure developments, and global financial technology market trends.

The analyst will contribute to strategic insights that support innovation initiatives within digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Fintech Industry Research

• Conduct research on fintech market developments including digital banking, blockchain technology, and payment innovation.

• Monitor technological advancements shaping financial technology ecosystems.

• Track regulatory developments affecting fintech innovation globally.

Market Intelligence Analysis

• Analyze fintech industry data to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.

• Evaluate fintech startup ecosystems and innovation hubs.

• Prepare detailed reports summarizing industry insights.

Strategic Insight Development

• Support leadership teams with research-driven recommendations for fintech strategy development.

• Identify potential opportunities for fintech product innovation.

• Contribute to long-term planning initiatives within digital finance sectors.

Reporting & Knowledge Sharing

• Produce written reports outlining fintech trends and technology adoption patterns.

• Create presentations summarizing research findings for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Technology, International Business, or Business Analytics.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial research, fintech analysis, consulting, or industry intelligence roles.
