Position Overview
A leading financial technology organization is seeking an experienced Fintech Relationship Manager to build and strengthen relationships with retail and corporate clients while promoting innovative digital banking solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the customer portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored financial technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote digital banking products, payment solutions, and fintech services.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer portfolios and generate new business.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues promptly.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in relationship management, banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital banking products and financial technology solutions.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Professional certifications in banking, relationship management, or fintech are advantageous.
