Role Summary

An international fintech organization delivering financial technology infrastructure to global clients is seeking a Fintech Program Manager to oversee complex fintech initiatives and digital financial transformation projects.

The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams responsible for building and deploying financial technology platforms, ensuring that project milestones, operational goals, and compliance requirements are met.

The successful candidate will act as the central coordinator between product development, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of fintech solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Program Management

• Manage multiple fintech projects from planning through implementation

• Define program objectives, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate distributed teams working on fintech infrastructure development

Financial Technology Deployment

• Support deployment of digital financial platforms and payment systems

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones

• Manage risk factors affecting fintech program delivery

Stakeholder Coordination

• Facilitate communication between technical teams, financial experts, and operations leaders

• Ensure alignment between project objectives and business strategy

• Provide updates to senior leadership on program performance

Performance Monitoring

• Track key project performance metrics

• Develop reports assessing fintech project outcomes

• Implement improvements to project management methodologies

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure fintech programs comply with financial regulations

• Maintain documentation related to financial technology initiatives

• Support internal audits and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or Financial Technology

• 6+ years experience in fintech project management, digital banking initiatives, or financial technology consulting

• Strong experience managing complex technology programs
