Position Summary
A major fintech transformation environment in Riyadh is hiring a Fintech Production Support Specialist to manage daily operational support across digital banking systems, transaction services, merchant payment platforms, customer financial workflows, and high-volume settlement environments.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand how critical production support is to the success of modern financial services—where quick issue resolution, system monitoring, payment continuity, and customer-impact prevention define operational excellence.
You will serve as the frontline operational guardian for payment systems, digital account services, transaction workflows, and reconciliation processes, ensuring seamless financial service delivery across enterprise banking ecosystems.
The role requires technical precision, analytical discipline, and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production systems supporting payments, account services, settlements, and transaction processing operations
- Investigate failed transactions, delayed settlements, reconciliation mismatches, and platform service disruptions
- Coordinate issue resolution with engineering teams, payment operations units, and infrastructure support functions
- Manage incident escalation, service restoration, and customer-impact minimization across financial systems
- Support release deployments, production testing, and platform readiness validation
- Maintain operational logs, audit documentation, and incident reporting frameworks
- Assist with fraud alerts, suspicious transaction escalations, and compliance-driven operational reviews
- Improve response times, service monitoring workflows, and exception handling processes
- Support treasury operations and merchant settlement continuity across payment channels
- Collaborate with business teams to improve customer service outcomes during operational incidents
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous service improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in production support, banking operations, fintech services, or enterprise technology support
- Strong understanding of payment workflows, transaction processing, and digital banking operations
- Experience handling production incidents and service restoration processes
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, SQL troubleshooting, and operational reporting
- Knowledge of financial controls, compliance expectations, and audit documentation
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure operational environments
- Prior fintech or banking platform experience is highly desirable
