The successful candidate will play a critical role in aligning product initiatives with evolving trends in digital finance, payments infrastructure, and financial technology innovation.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy Development

• Develop long-term strategies for fintech products including digital payments, financial analytics tools, and financial infrastructure services.

• Identify emerging opportunities within the fintech ecosystem.

• Evaluate customer needs and market demand to guide product development priorities.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct detailed research on fintech industry trends and financial technology innovation.

• Analyze competitor offerings within digital finance and payment technology sectors.

• Provide insights that support strategic decision-making and product differentiation.

Product Development Coordination

• Work closely with engineering teams to translate strategy into product development initiatives.

• Support product lifecycle management from concept to launch.

• Ensure fintech products align with regulatory requirements and financial system standards.

Performance Monitoring

• Track key performance metrics related to fintech product adoption and financial transaction volume.

• Analyze data insights to improve product performance and customer experience.

• Implement product improvements based on user feedback and market analysis.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Technology, or Economics.

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fintech product strategy, digital banking, or financial technology product management.
