About the Opportunity
We are seeking an innovative Fintech Product Strategy Lead to define the roadmap for transformative financial products in Qatar. Core Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive product strategies for digital banking, lending platforms, wealth management, and alternative payment solutions.

Conduct competitive benchmarking and user experience analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities.

Collaborate with technology, compliance, and operations teams to translate strategy into scalable products.

Drive go-to-market initiatives, define KPIs, and monitor product performance using advanced analytics.

Foster partnerships with regional fintech ecosystems, technology providers, and financial regulators.
Qualifications & Experience

Background: 8–12 years in fintech product strategy, product management, or digital finance innovation.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of GCC fintech landscape, regulatory requirements, and emerging financial technologies (AI, blockchain, open banking).

Skills: Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Education: MBA, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
