Fintech Product Strategist – Digital Wealth & Investment Platforms (Qatar)

Executive Summary

This role is designed for a strategic thinker capable of orchestrating next-generation digital wealth platforms. It requires a blend of product vision, financial acumen, and user-centric design thinking to deliver scalable investment solutions tailored for a global client base.

What You Will Be Building

You will lead the conceptualization and lifecycle management of:

• Robo-advisory platforms
• AI-driven portfolio optimization tools
• Digital brokerage and fractional investment ecosystems
• ESG-aligned investment products

Primary Accountabilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with evolving fintech trends and market demands
• Conduct deep market research to identify emerging opportunities in digital wealth management
• Translate complex financial concepts into intuitive digital experiences
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, and compliance teams to deliver robust solutions
• Establish KPIs for product success, including user acquisition, retention, and portfolio performance metrics
• Integrate advanced analytics and AI-driven personalization into investment products
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations governing investment platforms in the GCC and beyond

Candidate Requirements

• Strong background in wealth management, asset management, or digital investment platforms
• Proven experience in product lifecycle management within fintech or financial services
• Familiarity with financial instruments (equities, ETFs, derivatives, fixed income products)
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools
• Understanding of user experience design principles in financial applications

Preferred Competencies

• Exposure to algorithmic portfolio management
• Knowledge of behavioral finance principles
• Experience launching or scaling fintech products in international markets
