Key Responsibilities

1. Product Operations Monitoring

  • Monitor daily performance of digital banking and payment systems.
  • Track transaction success rates, system uptime, and operational health.
  • Identify inefficiencies in product workflows.

2. System Coordination

  • Work closely with engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure smooth communication between product, tech, and compliance teams.

3. Financial Workflow Oversight

  • Monitor payment processing systems for accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of financial transactions.
  • Identify and escalate operational anomalies.

4. Continuous Improvement
