About the Role
A growing fintech environment is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of digital payment solutions across web and mobile platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and engineering execution, with a focus on delivering seamless and secure payment journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of payment products (cards, transfers, wallets)
- Define product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market trends
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features on time
- Optimize checkout flows, payment success rates, and transaction speed
- Analyze user behavior and transaction data to improve product performance
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years experience in product management, preferably in fintech or payments
- Strong understanding of payment systems (cards, gateways, wallets, APIs)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Open Banking or digital wallets
- Knowledge of UAE payment regulations
- Background in data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
