Position Overview

A fintech organization focused on digital financial innovation is recruiting a Fintech Product Lifecycle Manager responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of fintech products from concept development through market launch and continuous improvement.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams responsible for engineering, financial operations, compliance, and product marketing. The objective is to ensure fintech products meet customer needs while maintaining reliability, scalability, and compliance with financial industry standards.

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong expertise in product lifecycle management, fintech product strategy, digital payments ecosystems, and financial service innovation.

Main Duties

Product Planning & Strategy

• Define long-term strategies for fintech products such as digital wallets, payment processing platforms, and financial analytics tools.

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities within the financial technology sector.

• Develop product roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives.

Product Development Coordination

• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical development tasks.

• Manage the fintech product lifecycle from design and development to deployment and iteration.

• Ensure product releases meet quality, security, and regulatory requirements.

Customer Experience Optimization

• Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to improve fintech solutions.

• Implement enhancements that increase transaction reliability and user satisfaction.

• Support continuous innovation within digital financial services.

Performance Monitoring

• Track key metrics such as transaction volume, product adoption, and operational performance.

• Generate reports summarizing product performance and market impact.

• Recommend strategic improvements to optimize fintech product value.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Technology, Computer Science, or Economics.

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fintech product management, digital banking, or financial technology services.

Technical Skills

• Product lifecycle management tools
