Executive Overview

A next-generation fintech transformation programme is recruiting an accomplished Manager – FinTech Product Innovation & Platform Strategy to oversee the development, optimization, and strategic evolution of enterprise digital financial products and customer-facing technology platforms.

This role is responsible for aligning product innovation with commercial strategy, customer needs, emerging technologies, and enterprise objectives while ensuring exceptional user experiences, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

The successful Manager will collaborate with software engineers, product designers, enterprise architects, AI specialists, cybersecurity professionals, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital banking solutions across multiple financial channels.

Leadership Responsibilities

Product Strategy

• Define digital product roadmaps.

• Lead financial product innovation initiatives.

• Manage product lifecycle planning.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis.

• Prioritize strategic product investments.

• Improve customer value propositions.

Platform Management

• Oversee enterprise fintech platforms.

• Optimize mobile and web banking applications.

• Enhance API-enabled financial services.

• Improve platform performance and reliability.

• Support cloud-native platform modernization.

• Coordinate release management activities.

Customer Innovation

• Develop customer-centric digital solutions.

• Analyze customer behavior and engagement.

• Lead UX improvement initiatives.

• Implement AI-driven personalization.

• Expand embedded finance capabilities.

• Improve digital adoption metrics.

Team Leadership

• Lead multidisciplinary product teams.

• Manage project portfolios and delivery schedules.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, and technology functions.

• Present strategic product updates to executive leadership.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Financial Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 8–12 years of experience in fintech product management or digital banking.

• Strong understanding of enterprise platform management.

• Experience with Agile and product delivery methodologies.

• Excellent commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

• Proven record of delivering complex digital products.
