About the Role
A fast-growing financial technology platform delivering innovative digital banking services is seeking a Fintech Product Innovation Manager to lead the design and development of new financial technology products.
The role focuses on identifying emerging fintech opportunities, coordinating product development efforts, and ensuring that digital financial products meet customer needs while complying with financial regulations.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with software engineers, financial analysts, compliance specialists, and marketing teams to bring innovative digital financial products to market.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision

Develop product roadmaps for digital financial services

Identify opportunities to improve digital banking features and payment services

Conduct market research on fintech trends and emerging technologies
Product Development Management

Work with engineering teams to develop and launch fintech products

Define product specifications and feature requirements

Coordinate testing and deployment of new digital financial tools
Customer & Market Research

Analyze user behavior and financial transaction patterns

Conduct user research to understand customer needs in digital finance

Identify improvements that enhance user experience and financial accessibility
Innovation & Technology Monitoring

Track global fintech innovation trends and technological advancements

Evaluate opportunities to integrate new technologies into financial platforms

Support pilot programs and product experiments
Product Performance Monitoring

Monitor metrics related to fintech product adoption and engagement

Analyze data to identify areas for product improvement

Prepare performance reports for leadership teams
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Financial Technology

5+ years experience in fintech product management or digital banking product development
-
Strong understanding of financial services and digital payment technologies
Preferred Experience

Experience working with financial APIs or payment platforms

Knowledge of fintech regulatory frameworks
