Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and user-centric Fintech Product Analyst to join a remote-first team focused on transforming the digital finance landscape in Kuwait and wider MENA markets. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in interpreting product usage data, user behavior, market dynamics, and helping shape strategic decisions around new fintech offerings including mobile payments, embedded finance, and SME digital lending tools.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, compliance officers, and UX designers, to ensure that insights from real-world customer behavior directly inform the evolution of platform features, usability, and product-market fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth product performance analysis across key digital channels (mobile, web, API, third-party integrations).

• Gather and interpret data from KPIs such as onboarding drop-offs, wallet recharge behaviors, P2P transfer frequency, etc.

• Translate analytical findings into clear visual dashboards and concise strategic insights.

• Lead A/B testing design and analysis for new fintech features and pricing tiers.

• Collaborate with the product team to define and measure OKRs tied to user acquisition, transaction volume, and user engagement.

• Support go-to-market planning for new product modules, including fraud monitoring tools and QR-based payments.

• Partner with risk and compliance stakeholders to identify trends and behaviors tied to suspicious financial activity.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or fintech data strategy.

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Experience working in fintech sectors such as neobanking, digital wallets, or payment gateways.

• Strong understanding of user lifecycle metrics and customer segmentation.

• Fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

• Familiarity with Kuwaiti financial services regulatory environment is a strong advantage.

Preferred Background:

• Experience supporting fintech products in GCC or MENA markets.

• Knowledge of Open Banking APIs and transactional data analysis.

• Comfort working in an agile, remote-first team structure.
