Role Purpose
The Personal Finance & Budgeting Product Analyst supports the development and optimization of digital financial tools that help users manage their finances, track expenses, and improve financial decision-making.
Functional Layers of Responsibility
Strategic Layer
- Analyze market trends in personal finance and digital banking
- Identify opportunities to enhance budgeting and financial planning tools
- Support product strategy with data-driven insights
Tactical Layer
- Evaluate product performance metrics such as user engagement and retention
- Identify features that improve usability and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize enhancements
Operational Layer
- Monitor daily product performance and user interactions
- Ensure accuracy of financial data presented to users
- Support implementation of product updates and improvements
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and financial data
- Provide insights to improve digital finance tools
- Support product development and optimization
- Generate reports and dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in fintech, product analysis, or financial services
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Familiarity with digital banking or personal finance platforms
