As a Fintech Payments Product Owner, you will take ownership of designing solutions that simplify and optimize cross-border transaction flows, leveraging modern fintech capabilities to eliminate friction and enhance user trust.
Your Core Mission
To develop and scale seamless cross-border payment products that deliver speed, transparency, and reliability for users operating within and beyond the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for cross-border payment solutions, including remittances and international transfers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build low-latency, high-reliability payment systems.
- Integrate with banking partners, payment networks, and fintech platforms to enable global transaction capabilities.
- Optimize transaction flows to reduce costs, improve settlement times, and enhance user experience.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
Required Expertise
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, FX processes, and cross-border financial operations.
- Experience in product ownership or fintech product management.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and digital payment infrastructures.
Experience Profile
- 5–9 years in fintech, payments, or digital financial services.
- Proven ability to deliver customer-focused financial products.
