• Monitor system slowdowns and inefficiencies.
• Optimize performance under peak loads.

 Incident Prevention

• Build systems that proactively reduce failure risks.
• Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve fintech system incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability.
• Develop monitoring frameworks and diagnostic tools.
• Ensure high availability of payment systems.

Required Competencies

• Strong knowledge of system reliability engineering, payment systems, and incident management.
• Problem-solving under pressure.
• Technical debugging and system analysis skills.

• 5–9 years in fintech engineering, systems reliability, or technical operations.
