Sprint Context
This role operates in continuous engineering sprints, focused on maintaining and improving the reliability of high-volume payment systems. Each sprint is designed to enhance system performance, reduce downtime, and ensure seamless transaction processing.
Sprint Objectives
Sprint 1: System Stability Enhancement
- Identify system vulnerabilities and implement fixes.
- Improve uptime and reduce service interruptions.
Sprint 2: Performance Optimization
- Analyze system performance under load conditions.
- Implement improvements to increase processing speed and efficiency.
Sprint 3: Incident Response & Recovery
- Develop rapid response mechanisms for system failures.
- Ensure quick recovery and minimal impact on transactions.
Sprint 4: Scalability Engineering
- Prepare systems to handle increasing transaction volumes.
- Optimize infrastructure for long-term growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor payment systems for performance and reliability.

Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, payment infrastructure, and system reliability engineering.
