Strategic Mandate
This role exists to command the architectural foundations of digital value exchange across domestic and international fintech environments. The Ultimate Director governs how payment rails are designed, interconnected, synchronized, and evolved to support high-velocity, high-confidence financial movement across borders, currencies, and platforms.
The mandate is not operational oversight. It is structural stewardship—ensuring that transaction systems are economically sound, temporally precise, regulator-grade, and immune to systemic drift. This role defines how value travels through fintech ecosystems without distortion, delay, or ambiguity.
The position treats payment rails not as utilities, but as strategic financial infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end payment rail frameworks supporting real-time, near-real-time, and deferred settlement models.

Define cross-border transaction orchestration logic, including routing, currency conversion mechanics, and settlement coordination.

Design interoperable transaction layers enabling seamless interaction between heterogeneous fintech systems.

Establish latency discipline and throughput guarantees across multi-jurisdictional payment flows.

Embed value-preservation invariants ensuring no duplication, leakage, or temporal inconsistency.

Govern system evolution strategies to accommodate scale, new corridors, and emerging transaction paradigms.

Serve as the senior authority on digital value exchange integrity and payment system coherence.
Professional Profile

20+ years in fintech payment systems, transaction infrastructure, or financial network architecture.

Deep mastery of cross-border payments, settlement coordination, and distributed transaction systems.

Proven leadership over high-volume, regulator-visible financial platforms.

Exceptional capability to translate financial movement theory into executable system design.
Compensation Architecture (Annual)

Base Salary: QAR 1,150,000 – 1,500,000

Cross-Border Systems Leadership Bonus: QAR 360,000 – 580,000

Payment Architecture Excellence Award: QAR 300,000 – 480,000

Total Potential Package: QAR 1,810,000 – 2,560,000+
