Role Overview
The Payment Processing & Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of financial transactions across fintech platforms. The role focuses on operational reliability, transaction validation, and maintaining seamless payment processing workflows.
Core Competency Areas
1. Transaction Processing Competency
- Process and monitor digital payments across multiple channels
- Ensure accurate execution of transactions from initiation to completion
- Identify and resolve processing errors
2. Reconciliation Competency
- Perform daily and periodic reconciliation of transaction records
- Match internal records with external financial data
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
3. Operational Control Competency
- Maintain adherence to internal operational procedures
- Monitor system performance and transaction flow
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
4. Reporting Competency
- Generate operational and financial reports
- Provide insights into transaction performance
- Maintain documentation for audits
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process fintech transactions

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech operations or banking
- Understanding of payment systems and reconciliation processes
