Role Objective
To identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that accelerate fintech growth, enhance product offerings, and expand market reach across regional and international ecosystems.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify potential partners across banking, payments, and technology sectors
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives
- Negotiate collaboration frameworks and integration agreements
- Manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual value creation
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions into fintech platforms
- Monitor partnership performance and optimize engagement strategies

Professional Profile
- 6–10 years in fintech partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
