Job Title: Fintech Operations Performance & Reporting Analyst (Remote)

Role Objective
To ensure high operational performance of fintech systems by delivering accurate reporting, monitoring key metrics, and improving efficiency across financial processes.
Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities
Outcome 1: High Transaction Accuracy
- Monitor transaction processes to ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain reliable transaction records
Outcome 2: Timely Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time
- Provide insights into operational performance
Outcome 3: Improved Operational Efficiency
- Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies
- Recommend process improvements
- Support implementation of optimization initiatives
Outcome 4: Strong Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures
- Support audit and compliance activities
- Maintain documentation for regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor fintech operations and performance metrics
- Generate and maintain operational reports
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams
- Identify and implement process improvements
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech operations or reporting
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Technical Skills
- Data analysis and reporting tools
- Financial systems and transaction platforms
- KPI monitoring tools
