What You Will Actually Do
Daily / Ongoing

Monitor operational readiness of payment and fintech platforms.

Review transaction performance, failure patterns, and operational exceptions.
Weekly / Monthly

Refine operational processes supporting payment execution and settlement.

Coordinate with technical teams to resolve systemic operational bottlenecks.
Strategic / Long-Term

Design scalable operating processes that support platform growth.

Define operational metrics covering uptime, transaction success, and processing efficiency.

Anticipate operational risks before they manifest at scale.
Professional Background Required

8–12 years of experience in fintech operations, payments operations, or digital financial services delivery.

Strong understanding of how payment platforms behave under scale and stress.

Ability to translate operational insight into system and process improvements.

Comfortable working independently in a remote, high-responsibility role.
