The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fintech Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities across digital financial products and payment services.
The successful candidate will ensure that processes run efficiently, customers receive a high standard of service, and operational issues are identified and resolved quickly.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how technology, people, processes, and financial operations come together.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across fintech and payment services.
- Monitor transaction processing and operational performance.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with technology teams to resolve system and transaction issues.
- Work closely with customer service, finance, risk, and compliance teams.
- Manage operational incidents and escalations.
- Develop standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Support product launches and operational readiness.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management.
- Ensure internal processes remain efficient, accurate, and scalable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial operations.
- Previous team-management experience.
- Strong understanding of digital payment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience with operational dashboards and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms is an advantage.
