Role Summary
The Operational Controls & Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring that fintech operations are accurate, controlled, and audit-ready. The role combines reporting, internal controls, and operational oversight to maintain financial integrity.
Role Segments
Segment A: Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of reported data
- Provide insights into operational performance
Segment B: Internal Controls
- Implement and monitor internal control mechanisms
- Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements
- Ensure adherence to operational policies
Segment C: Audit Readiness
- Maintain documentation required for audits
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions
Segment D: Continuous Improvement
- Analyze operational inefficiencies
- Recommend process enhancements
- Support automation of reporting and controls
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in fintech operations, reporting, or audit
- Strong understanding of internal controls and reporting processes
Technical Knowledge
- Financial reporting systems
- Control frameworks and audit processes
- Data analysis tools
