This role is defined by the continuous expansion of open banking capabilities and API-driven financial ecosystems, ensuring seamless connectivity between financial institutions, fintech platforms, and third-party service providers.

Core Capability Areas

1. API Ecosystem Development

• Design and manage scalable APIs enabling secure financial data exchange.
• Ensure interoperability between banking systems and fintech platforms.

2. Open Banking Enablement

• Support the implementation of open banking frameworks.
• Facilitate secure access to financial data through standardized protocols.

3. Integration Scalability

• Build systems that allow rapid onboarding of new financial partners.
• Ensure infrastructure supports high-volume, real-time interactions.

4. Security & Compliance Alignment

• Implement authentication, encryption, and access control mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with financial data regulations and standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead API and integration strategy for fintech ecosystems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build scalable architectures.
• Monitor system performance and optimize connectivity flows.
• Support ecosystem expansion across financial institutions.

Required Expertise

• Strong knowledge of APIs, open banking frameworks, and fintech infrastructure.
• Experience in system integration and platform architecture.

• 6–10 years in fintech engineering, API development, or financial systems architecture.
