Strategic Role Mandate
This role is designed for a senior-most fintech authority responsible for the architectural stewardship, systemic resilience, and long-term evolution of real-time monetary infrastructure platforms. The mandate focuses on the core mechanics of value movement, including transaction validation, settlement certainty, liquidity orchestration, and systemic fault tolerance across high-velocity digital finance environments.
The position requires an individual capable of shaping how financial value is transmitted, settled, reconciled, and preserved under extreme scale, while ensuring architectural clarity, operational predictability, and long-term durability. The role is inherently forward-looking, balancing immediate performance demands with multi-decade infrastructure thinking.
Core Strategic Responsibilities

Architect and govern real-time settlement and transaction finality frameworks across distributed fintech platforms.

Define architectural principles for monetary consistency, liquidity sequencing, and settlement irreversibility.

Design systems capable of sustained, uninterrupted operation under peak transaction density and cross-platform dependency.

Establish resilience engineering standards covering latency determinism, fault isolation, and recovery orchestration.

Oversee governance of infrastructure evolution, ensuring backward compatibility and controlled innovation.

Act as the ultimate technical and strategic authority on monetary platform integrity and sustainability.
Professional & Technical Profile

16–22+ years of experience in fintech infrastructure, financial market systems, or mission-critical transaction platforms.

Deep mastery of real-time processing architectures, settlement mechanics, and distributed system design.

Strong command of cloud-native infrastructure, security-first system design, and observability frameworks.

Proven ability to communicate complex systemic trade-offs at executive and board level.

Demonstrated long-horizon architectural reasoning and intellectual rigor.
Compensation Framework (UAE – International Executive Benchmark)

Base Annual Compensation: AED 650,000 – AED 900,000 (tax-free)

Executive Performance Incentive: 30% – 45% annually
