Fintech growth today is driven by partnerships, distribution, and smart expansion strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to connect financial products with the right customers through the right channels.
You’ll focus on expanding adoption of SME lending and financial solutions, working with partners and internal teams to drive sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Identify and develop partnerships with:
- SMEs
- Digital platforms
- Business service providers
- Drive adoption of lending products through strategic collaborations
- Work with marketing and product teams to align growth strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Support go-to-market strategies for new financial products
What Your Work Will Look Like
- Building relationships with potential partners
- Negotiating partnership agreements
- Tracking performance of partnerships and campaigns
- Identifying new growth opportunities in the market
- Providing feedback to improve product offerings
What You Need to Succeed
- 5–9 years experience in fintech, banking, or partnerships/growth roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of lending products and SME needs
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
- Experience in GCC fintech markets
- Background in business development or partnerships
- Ability to balance strategy with execution

Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 – $150,000 annually
