Role Purpose
To monitor, analyze, and improve financial operations performance within a fintech environment using structured KPIs and performance metrics.
Primary KPIs & Accountability Areas
1. Transaction Accuracy Rate
- Ensure high accuracy in financial transaction processing
- Identify and reduce errors in transaction records
- Implement controls to improve accuracy levels
2. Reconciliation Completion Rate
- Ensure timely reconciliation of all financial transactions
- Monitor outstanding reconciliation items
- Reduce backlog and improve turnaround times
3. Operational Efficiency
- Analyze operational workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Recommend process improvements
- Measure impact of optimization initiatives
4. Reporting Timeliness
- Deliver accurate financial reports within deadlines
- Ensure consistency between operational data and reports
- Maintain reporting standards
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze financial performance metrics
- Generate reports and dashboards for management
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams
- Identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support implementation of performance frameworks
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 5–8 years of experience in financial operations or fintech analytics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Technical Skills
- Data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools)
- Financial reporting systems
- Understanding of fintech transaction processes
