Role Purpose
To transform financial and transactional data into actionable insights that support decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth within a fintech environment.

Cluster 1: Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Analyze large volumes of transaction and financial data
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
- Generate insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Cluster 2: Reporting & Visualization
- Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Present data in a clear and actionable format
Cluster 3: Business Insight Generation
- Translate data findings into practical recommendations
- Support optimization of financial processes
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Cluster 4: Data Integrity & Governance
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Maintain data quality standards
- Support implementation of governance frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data
- Develop reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams

- Support data-driven decision-making
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech analytics or financial data roles
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Technical Skills
- Data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Financial reporting systems
- Understanding of fintech transaction data
