The role is fully remote, with analytical and strategic alignment to Qatar’s fintech and financial market environment, while maintaining a global comparative perspective.
Strategic Mission
To provide authoritative fintech intelligence and strategic foresight that informs long-term decisions, ecosystem positioning, and digital finance evolution—without institutional bias or commercial attachment.

Key Responsibilities

Produce deep-dive analytical reports on fintech market dynamics

Interpret regulatory developments and translate them into strategic implications

Conduct cross-jurisdictional comparative studies

Develop multi-year fintech ecosystem scenarios

Deliver executive-grade strategic briefings and white papers
Intellectual & Professional Requirements

10–15+ years in fintech strategy, policy advisory, financial consulting, or regulatory analysis

Strong command of regulatory language and financial market structures

Exceptional research, synthesis, and strategic writing ability

Capacity to work independently at a thought-leadership level
