THE EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an exceptional Fintech Ecosystem & Digital Banking Executive to lead the strategic development of interconnected financial ecosystems where banking, payments, technology, data and digital commerce converge.
This is a position for a leader who sees financial services not as isolated products, but as an integrated technology ecosystem.
The successful candidate will be expected to identify emerging market opportunities, establish strategic priorities and develop frameworks capable of connecting customers, financial platforms, merchants, technology providers and digital services.
THE LEADERSHIP AGENDA

Develop strategies that connect:

THE IDEAL EXECUTIVE
The ideal professional will possess 12–18+ years of experience across fintech, banking, payments, technology, consulting or financial transformation.

Indicative Compensation
AED 65,000 – 110,000 monthly
