Orchestration Mandate
This role is conceptualized as a financial systems orchestration function, responsible for harmonizing the complex interactions between digital wallets, payment gateways, merchants, and financial institutions. The objective is to ensure that every component within the ecosystem operates as part of a cohesive, scalable, and high-performance network.
Ecosystem Architecture Domains
Wallet Infrastructure Coordination
- Oversee the operational integration of digital wallet systems across multiple channels.
- Ensure seamless synchronization between wallet balances, transaction processing, and external payment rails.
Merchant & Platform Connectivity
- Enable efficient onboarding and integration of merchants and service providers.
- Maintain consistency in transaction experiences across different platforms.
Transaction Flow Optimization
- Analyze transaction pathways from initiation to settlement.
- Reduce latency, improve success rates, and enhance processing efficiency.
Ecosystem Scalability & Evolution
- Design frameworks that support expansion into new markets and services.
- Continuously refine infrastructure to accommodate increasing transaction volumes.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead orchestration of digital wallet ecosystems and payment integrations.
- Monitor system performance and optimize transaction flows.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial and payment regulations.
Required Competencies
- Deep expertise in digital wallets, payment systems, and fintech ecosystem integration.
- Strong systems-thinking and operational leadership capabilities.
- Ability to manage multi-layered financial infrastructures.
Experience Profile
- 7–12 years in fintech payments, digital wallets, or financial systems roles.
