Ecosystem Expansion Pillars

Pillar 1: Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and engage with financial institutions, fintech providers, and digital platforms.
• Build long-term collaborative relationships.

Pillar 2: Integration Expansion

• Enable seamless integration between financial services and external platforms.
• Support API-based connectivity and embedded finance solutions.

Pillar 3: Market Connectivity

• Expand fintech services into new markets and sectors.
• Strengthen cross-border financial connectivity.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and manage fintech partnership ecosystems.
• Negotiate and structure collaboration agreements.
• Identify new growth opportunities across digital financial networks.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams for integration execution.

Required Competencies

• Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, partnerships, and digital finance infrastructure.
• Strategic thinking and relationship management skills.

• 6–11 years in fintech partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy.
