System Framework Layers
Core Banking Operations Layer
- Oversee digital account systems, transaction processing, and balance management.
- Ensure uninterrupted execution of banking functions across platforms.
Platform Integration Layer
- Manage integration between banking systems and fintech applications.
- Ensure seamless data flow across APIs and financial modules.
Operational Control Layer
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and transaction accuracy.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies in real time.
Evolution & Scaling Layer
- Support upgrades to banking infrastructure.
- Ensure systems can scale with increasing transaction volumes.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end digital banking operations remotely.
- Ensure system reliability and operational consistency.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for enhancements.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and standards.
Required Competencies
- Strong knowledge of core banking systems, fintech platforms, and financial operations.
- Analytical and systems-thinking capability.
- Experience in high-availability financial environments.

- 6–10 years in fintech operations, banking systems, or financial infrastructure roles.
