Position Overview
Data plays a central role in modern fintech ecosystems. This position focuses on transforming raw operational and financial data into meaningful insights that support decision-making, performance optimization, and strategic planning.
Core Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management
- Gather and organize data from fintech platforms, payment systems, and operational tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Reporting & Dashboarding
- Develop regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build dashboards to visualize trends in transactions, customer activity, and system performance.
Insight Generation
- Analyze datasets to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with operations, product, and finance teams to align data insights with business needs.
- Support decision-making through clear and structured reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or fintech operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one data tool (SQL, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
