THE ROLE — BUILD THE INTELLIGENCE FABRIC OF DIGITAL FINANCE
We are seeking an exceptional Principal to define the data architecture powering sophisticated fintech and digital-financial ecosystems.
This is a role for someone who understands that modern finance increasingly competes on the quality, speed and intelligence of its data.
You will design the structures through which transaction data, customer intelligence, operational information and financial signals become trusted, accessible and strategically actionable intelligence.
YOUR MANDATE

Define enterprise data strategies for fintech environments.

Design scalable architectures for financial and transactional data.

Establish data models supporting payments, digital banking and financial products.

Develop real-time data architectures for high-volume transaction environments.

Establish frameworks for data quality, lineage, accessibility and reliability.

Partner with AI and data-science teams to enable advanced analytical capabilities.

Design data platforms capable of supporting predictive analytics and intelligent automation.

Develop strategies for integrating internal and external financial datasets.

Establish performance metrics for data-platform reliability and efficiency.

Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives.

Translate business requirements into technically rigorous data solutions.

Collaborate with engineering, product, cybersecurity and executive leadership.

Evaluate emerging data technologies and determine their strategic value.

THE IDEAL PROFESSIONAL

8+ years of experience in data architecture, fintech, banking technology or financial analytics.

Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture.

Strong experience with transactional or financial datasets.

Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms.

Experience supporting AI/ML and advanced analytics environments.

Strong understanding of data quality and architecture principles.

Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.

Ability to connect technical architecture with measurable business outcomes.
