Position Overview
We are hiring a Fintech Cybersecurity & Compliance Strategist to design and enforce secure, scalable, and compliant digital infrastructures for UAE’s financial institutions and fintech platforms. The role requires a blend of cyber defense expertise, compliance advisory, and global regulatory knowledge, ensuring resilience and trust in digital financial ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive cybersecurity frameworks tailored to fintech platforms, including mobile wallets, blockchain applications, and digital banking systems.

Provide compliance advisory aligned with UAE Central Bank directives and global financial regulations (FATF, GDPR, PCI DSS).

Lead digital resilience programs incorporating threat intelligence, fraud detection, and incident response planning.

Establish governance models that integrate risk management, compliance monitoring, and secure cloud infrastructures.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure cross-border compliance and operational trust.
Qualifications

8+ years of expertise in cybersecurity, fintech compliance, or risk governance.

Strong command of regulatory technology (RegTech) and cybersecurity standards.

Proven success in implementing secure fintech infrastructures and compliance systems.

Master’s degree in Information Security, Law, or Financial Technology.
