Role: Remote Fintech Customer Success Manager – SME Lending Platform
Location: Remote (Primary Market: Qatar 🇶🇦)

This role is for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, helping them navigate financial products, solve problems, and grow their businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the main point of contact for SME clients using the lending platform
- Help customers understand loan products, repayment terms, and platform features
- Monitor client activity and proactively offer support or solutions
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
- Collect feedback and suggest product improvements
A Typical Week Might Include
- Onboarding new SME clients and guiding them through the platform
- Answering questions about loans, repayments, or account activity
- Identifying customers at risk of default and offering support
- Collaborating with product teams to improve user experience
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years experience in customer success, fintech, or banking
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of lending products and financial services
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
