Your Mission
To manage and improve the end-to-end customer experience, focusing on:
- Customer onboarding
- Issue resolution
- Retention and engagement
- Feedback-driven improvements
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Management
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure smooth customer journeys
- Identify pain points and improve service delivery
Retention & Engagement
- Develop strategies to reduce churn
- Monitor customer activity and engagement levels
- Implement programs to improve customer loyalty
Operational Coordination
- Work with product and support teams to resolve issues
- Ensure quick turnaround times for customer requests
Feedback & Improvement
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Recommend product and process improvements
What Your Week Looks Like
- Reviewing customer support metrics and feedback
- Meeting with internal teams to resolve recurring issues
- Designing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitoring retention and engagement data
What You Bring
- 5–9 years experience in customer operations, fintech, or banking
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of digital banking platforms
- Ability to work with data and customer insights

- Experience in GCC fintech markets
- Background in customer success or operations
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset
