Your Mission

Your Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Management

  • Oversee onboarding processes and ensure smooth customer journeys
  • Identify pain points and improve service delivery

Retention & Engagement

  • Develop strategies to reduce churn
  • Monitor customer activity and engagement levels
  • Implement programs to improve customer loyalty

Operational Coordination

  • Work with product and support teams to resolve issues
  • Ensure quick turnaround times for customer requests

Feedback & Improvement

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Recommend product and process improvements

What Your Week Looks Like

  • Reviewing customer support metrics and feedback
  • Meeting with internal teams to resolve recurring issues
  • Designing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring retention and engagement data

What You Bring

  • 5–9 years experience in customer operations, fintech, or banking
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of digital banking platforms
  • Ability to work with data and customer insights
