The Fintech Customer Experience & Digital Channels Manager is a strategic role focused on enhancing the end-to-end user journey across digital financial platforms. The position requires a balance of analytical thinking, customer-centric design, and operational execution to ensure seamless interactions across mobile apps, web platforms, and digital service channels.


Key Objectives

  • Elevate the digital customer experience across all fintech touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility of financial products and services.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and user feedback.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital customer journeys.
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to refine digital interfaces.
  • Oversee customer support integration within digital platforms, including chatbots and help systems.
  • Monitor KPIs such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), retention rates, and digital adoption metrics.
  • Align digital channel strategies with UAE regulatory and compliance standards.

Required Expertise

  • 4–7 years of experience in customer experience, digital banking, or fintech environments.
  • Strong understanding of user journey mapping and service design principles.
  • Experience with analytics tools and customer feedback systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Exposure to omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven customer support tools and personalization technologies.
