Architecture Components
Regulatory Mapping & Interpretation
- Analyze financial regulations and translate them into operational requirements.
- Ensure fintech products align with applicable legal frameworks.
Compliance System Design
- Develop systems and processes that enforce regulatory adherence.
- Integrate compliance checks into financial workflows.
Risk & Control Frameworks
- Identify compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure continuous adherence.
Audit & Reporting Infrastructure
- Prepare documentation and reports for regulatory audits.
- Maintain transparency and accountability in financial operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead compliance strategy and regulatory alignment initiatives.

Required Competencies

- 6–12 years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or fintech governance roles.
