Role Summary

A fintech service provider delivering digital financial infrastructure to businesses across the Middle East is seeking a Client Success & Platform Operations Director to manage relationships with fintech platform users while overseeing operational performance of financial technology systems.

This leadership role will combine client relationship management, fintech operations oversight, and platform performance monitoring.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring fintech clients receive reliable service while contributing to continuous improvement of digital financial products.


Core Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary contact for fintech platform clients

  • Manage onboarding of enterprise financial clients

  • Maintain long-term partnerships with fintech service users

  • Provide operational guidance to clients using digital financial platforms

Platform Operations Oversight

  • Monitor fintech platform performance and service availability

  • Coordinate issue resolution with engineering teams

  • Ensure operational stability of financial technology services

Client Support Strategy

  • Design scalable support systems for fintech clients

  • Improve response times and service quality

  • Develop support documentation and training resources

Operational Analytics

  • Analyze platform usage data and client activity patterns

Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in fintech operations, digital banking, or SaaS platforms
