Role Summary
A financial technology service provider delivering digital financial infrastructure to enterprise clients is seeking a Fintech Client Implementation & Platform Deployment Specialist.
The role focuses on managing the deployment of fintech platforms for businesses and financial service users. The specialist will coordinate onboarding processes, configure financial technology systems, and ensure smooth adoption of digital financial tools.
The position requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of fintech platforms, and experience working with remote clients across multiple markets.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Implementation

Guide clients through onboarding processes for fintech platforms

Configure digital financial services according to client requirements

Provide technical assistance during initial system deployment
Platform Configuration

Set up payment systems and transaction workflows

Ensure proper integration between client systems and fintech platforms

Conduct platform testing to confirm operational readiness
Client Training

Deliver training sessions on fintech platform functionality

Provide educational resources and documentation for system users

Support clients during early stages of fintech platform adoption
Issue Resolution

Troubleshoot technical or operational issues affecting fintech services

Escalate complex issues to engineering teams

Maintain clear communication with clients during issue resolution
Deployment Reporting

Document implementation progress and project milestones

Track client onboarding metrics and system deployment performance

Provide implementation reports to internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or Financial Technology

4+ years experience in fintech implementation, SaaS deployment, or financial systems onboarding

Experience working with remote enterprise clients
