Role: Remote Fintech Business Analyst – Digital Banking & Financial Products
Primary Market: Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦
Level: Mid-Senior (5–8 Years)
Role Objective
To bridge business needs and technical delivery by analyzing requirements, improving processes, and ensuring that fintech products are aligned with customer needs and regulatory expectations.

Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years experience in business analysis, fintech, or banking
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Understanding of digital banking and financial products
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Saudi financial regulations (SAMA)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations

Compensation
- $90,000 – $140,000 annually
